Hygiene – In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, we sterilize and sanitize our equipment before each service so that every client experience is performed in a safe, sanitary environment.
Your Comfort – Draping is performed in an appropriate fashion per service as needed. Please let us know during your time with us how we can make you further comfortable and relaxed.
Valuables – Please leave your valuables at home. We regret that we cannot be responsible for personal articles.
Scheduling – Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled services to fill out the appropriate paperwork, enjoy a full in take and to cover any questions that you may have. Punctuality ensures that your services can start on time and be performed properly.
Cancellations – Because our technicians have reserved time especially for you, please provide 24 hours notice of cancellation for any individual service and 48 hours for spa package cancellations, in order to avoid being charged for the services.
Children – At Studio Health we love children. However the medical spa is the one place where our guests can come to escape the everyday world. Please make babysitting arrangements in advance of your appointment so that you can enjoy your experience at Studio Health without any worries. Furthermore, due to insurance and safety considerations, a parent must accompany any client under the age of 17 receiving any service. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Gift Certificates – Studio Health gift certificates expire six months from the date of purchase. Please present your certificate at the time of the service.
